The following non-returnable items are the exception to this refund policy:

- Downloadable software products

We will process your return as soon as possible. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and given directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will apply on the Website for your use for another class or event.
